Christophe Guillarmé passed his degree at the College of Applied Arts Duperré in Paris. Christophe Guillarméhas had various experiences with Jean- Charles de Castelbajac, Dice Kayek before launching his first collection as a young fashion designer in 1998. While working on the last fourteenth editions from Cannes Film Festival, Christophe Guillarmé‘s gowns were worn by international celebrities, like Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan, Kelly Brook, Vanessa Hessler, Victoria Silvstedt.... The 2018 Spring-Summer collection of French designer Christophe Guillarmé offers a contemporary and connected vision of Hollywood golden age. An “Old Hollywood” aesthetics with shapes like mermaid strapless gown or boat neck retro style. The American dream depicted with sarcasm like in the vivid movie “Neon Demon” by Nicolas Winding Rfen mixed with fluorescent neon work of Dan Flavin.

The collection presents an edgy Marilyn prompt to escape to media attention using her real name Norma Jeane. This Andy Warhol’s muse evolves at the Silver Factory where she has her Pop Art dressing. On the Silver Factory’s runway, multifaceted & digital Marilyn’s looks are unveiled.

Christophe was born in the Riviera, Côte d’Azur, Antibes precisely so he is mixing Dolce Vita bright colors and materials specific to his childhood to the more structured elegance and style of the Parisian couture. Christophe Guillarmé styles can be found and purchased at the Red Carpet corner inside the Galeries Lafayette of the Dubaï Mall.
